PRESS CONFERENCE BEFORE EC IN POLAND

 

On October 11, 2017 a press conference for the European Championship of EKO Kyokushin / Shinkyokushin U16 and U22 took place. Nearly 30 people from the organization team, the news, radio and press came to the Best Western.

Participants of the conference were representatives of organizers, co-organizers, honorary patrons and National Team.

 

European Karate Organization was represented by the President of EKO Koen Scharrenberg and Polish Karate Shinkyokushinkai Federation by Vice-President ​​Bogdan Lubos, Karate Sport Club in Kielce by President Tomasz Kęćko, Marshal's Office by Jacek Kowalczyk Director of Department of Promotion, Education, Culture and Sport, City Council by Vice-President Andrzej Sygut and Katarzyna Telka Department of Culture, Sport and Promotion, General Motors Sponsor of Suzuki Motor Poland Sp. z o. o. by Marcin Glajzer. One of the National Polish Team Coach Paweł Orysiak and six Polish fighters: Paula Malikowska, Filip Szeller, Daniel Sternik, Oliwia Fornal, Laura Sitek and Julia Senderska were also present.

 

The conference started with the presentation of the official video promoting the European Championships and then invited guests were answering questions from media representatives.

 

Numerous television interviews, radio and press interviews and a photo shoot were conducted.

 

The conference took place in a very friendly atmosphere, and in the lobby it was emphasized that Poland and Kielce are a good place for organizing such events.

 

The Karate Sports Club in Kielce, the direct organizer of the European Championships, would like to sincerely thank all participants of the conference for their arrival, professionalism and personal commitment.
