SHIHAN DR GYÖRGY KARMAZIN PASSED AWAY

A great human being, father, husband and wonderfully skilled karateka has passed away, completely unexpected. György Karmazin, Shihan, PhD, very successful entrepreneur and former European top fighter; Karmazin Shihan was a man of many talents. Soft spoken and modest; he truly projected the image of a true samurai. Dedicated to his Shinkyokushin karate, committed to his students, always visiting seminars, training camps and tournaments. Oftentimes accompanied on his many trips by his wonderful wife.

It is almost impossible to understand. Only a few weeks ago we were together in Kazachstan and spent some great nights with all our old karate friends; György was radiating vigor and good energy. Now he has left this earth, is no longer amongst us.

Karate friendships last a lifetime. Unfortunately and so very, very sad, György's lifetime ended so suddenly, so much too soon.

Our thoughts go to his wife, family and students. May they find the strength to accept and remember the good times. His life was rich with experiences and his gentle smile will stay forever in our hearts.

Rest in peace dear György. Osu
